UGGHHHHH :/

So lately I have lost my motivation for some reason.... I haven't been feeling like walking or working out..... kind of a bummer! I need to find my motivation back SOON! I've walked every day this week 4 miles EXCEPT for sunday (my usual day off) and Wednesday...... not sure what happened on Wednesday for me to miss just waited till last minute and last minute was too late and didn't do my walking.... So this next weigh in tomorrow I don't feel like I've lost anything.... BUT there is always today and tomorrow to do better and work my way up to getting in the habit of everything... so I can't get discouraged just because I didn't do so well this weigh in because I have a brand new week ahead of me I just need to look forward and move on! Well until tomorrow!!!

  1. :) Hi Ally, I'm not sure if you remember me or not. I just found your blog from Holly Corley (she follows mine). Anyway, I think you and Les are so great together. Way to go on the weight-loss journey! Don't give up! My favorite, FAVORITE show is the Biggest Loser- I love watching people transform into who/what they want to be. I read some of your posts, and Les is right. Johnny and I have studied a bit about weight training...on average, in 6-8 weeks of weight training, you gain 3-5 lbs of muscle, which burns 250 calories at rest (meaning, just sitting on the couch all day). SO keep it up! I know Melissa recommended getting a Fitbit or Bodybugg- I like the Fitbit too (it's way cheaper, though I don't have one yet).

    Anyway, I hope tomorrow is great and that you keep up the good work. (I'm following your blog now btw, I hope that's okay.) ;)

  2. Thanks Jill, and I'm sorry I don't remember who you are :/ (maybe a little refreshing lol) but yeah I LOVE the biggest loser too, I get a lot of my motivation from stories like those, and watching shows like that :)
